The family were visiting the theme park when the accident struck

The McFly star has been holidaying in Disney World with his wife Giovanna and their two adorable sons Buddy and Buzz.

But the trip took a turn for the worse after Tom, 31, was forced to call paramedics after Buddy fell and cracked his head on a table.

Writing to his 1.4 million Instagram followers the star said: “Young Buddy here had a visit from the @waltdisneyworld paramedics today after walloping his head on the corner of a table leg.”

“Thankfully it was nothing more than a nice big lump and a bruise but the docs here were great and quick to get to us. Thanks,” he added alongside a snap of Buddy.

Of course fans were quick to show their support for the little tot.

One wrote: “Ah poor Buddy, so glad he’s ok.”

“Thankfully he’s ok poor buddy,” said another.

Despite this scary ordeal it seems the family still enjoyed their getaway as Giovanna, 32, posted a sweet photo showing their three-year-old Buzz meeting Buzz Lightyear and Woody from Toy Story.

Captioning the pic: “Magical moment,” Buzz can be seen shaking the cartoon character’s hand.

Meanwhile fans have been speculating whether the couple are expecting baby number three.

After Giovanna posted a picture of Tom and their sons in a cot together fans went into a frenzy asking the mum-of-two if she’s pregnant.

One said: “Is there going to be another baby on the way video?”

“Omg are you guys making another bump to… *insert third babys B name* video hehe [sic],” another said.

Speaking about expanding her brood Giovanna recently said: “We’ve discussed having more kids but not in the near future.

“I’m not thinking: ‘Let’s go for the girl,’ and we’re not set on a number. We’ll just do whatever we feel like.”

We just love this family!
