Stephanie Davis moving on from Jeremy McConnell with new mystery man, reports claim

The star might finally be ready to find love again

It seems Stephanie Davis is finally starting to move on from ex-boyfriend Jeremy McConnell with a new mystery guy, according to reports.

Steph and Jez, who share son Caben-Albi together, have had an extremely turbulent split which resulted in Steph, 24, being given a three-year restraining order banning Jez from contacting her.

Irish model Jeremy, 27, has been ordered to stay away from the actress after he was convicted of assaulting her in a cocaine-fuelled attack.

A source told The Sun: “Stephanie has been on dates with someone new and loves having her life back.

“It is still early days but she has been enjoying being treated again.

“Her main priority is Caben but she’s really liked having some new male company – and this time it really feels like a fresh start.”

Steph and Jeremy, who first met on Celebrity Big Brother, faced each other in court after the former Hollyoaks actress said Jez threw her “around like a rag doll”.

Jeremy was arrested following the incident on March 10 and found guilty during the trail in August.

He was given a 20 week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months and was instructed to take a ‘Building Better Relationships’ course with the Probation Service.

The reality star was also ordered to undertake 15 days of Rehabilitation Activity Requirements and 200 hours of community service work.

Following all the drama Steph has been focusing on being a doting mum to her adorable nine-month-old son Caben-Albi.

Recently the star hit out at mum shamers who criticised her parenting skills.

Steph shared a sweet snap of her best friend Jay Roberts helping her out while she was feeding her son.

Jay can be seen giving Steph a glass of water as she had her hands rather full with Caben.

She captioned the shot: “Feeding time at the zoo. When Mum doesn’t get a minute & is so thirsty so Jay has to give me water whilst i feed caben. What would I do without him.”

But many of her followers started criticising her after spotting Caben couldn’t hold his own bottle.

Adding to the caption Steph explained herself.

She said: “No, Caben can’t hold his own bottle yet. I have one arm holding him and the other feeding him, therefore… I have no hands free, and he’s half asleep… so I can’t pick up my water… think about it. Jee whizz.”

The rest of her doting fans defended the first-time mum.

One said: “Every child is different and just because we all see a snap shot of someone’s life doesn’t mean we should judge!”

Another added: “She loves and adores that little lad and she’s doing an amazing job just like the rest of us mummy’s just give her a break.”

“As if she has to justify having a glass of water,” a third wrote.
