Pregnant Helen Flanagan shares cute picture of daughter Matilda holding her baby scan photo

But it didn't quite go to plan!

Coronation Street’s Helen Flanagan has posted THE cutest picture showing her two-year-old daughter Matilda holding a picture of her latest baby scan.

The soap actress revealed in December that she is expecting her second child with footballer boyfriend Scott Sinclair.

The couple have been together for nine years and already have daughter Matilda.

Helen, 27, took their daughter with her when she went for her latest scan, but as her Instastories picture revealed, it wasn’t quite as straightforward as she thought!

Helen previously revealed to OK! magazine that the first few months of her pregnancy left her really ill.

She said: “I couldn’t go into work and do any filming. I had hyperemesis gravidarum; it lasted for five weeks.

“It doesn’t sound like a long time but I was just so ill. Luckily it cleared up at ten weeks. I know some women have a horrific time and end up in hospital for nine months, so I was lucky, but it was horrendous.”

The star is thought to be due in late May/early June time, and is still worried about the birth, even though she’s already done it once

Helen revealed: “The thought of giving birth absolutely terrifies me, it always has. It petrifies me. Before I went into labour last time, I cried. I was really scared.”

She also revealed that the new baby will be born in Glasgow, where Scott plays for Celtic.
