Peter Andre shares “family Sunday” snap of wife Emily and their two children

The singer gave fans a glimpse into how they're spending their Sunday

Aussie favourite Peter Andre has shared a photo of wife Emily and their two children Amelia, three, and Theo, nine months, enjoying a “family Sunday”.

Family man Pete often shares sweet pics of his brood and his other half on social media but keeps his two youngest children’s face hidden from the camera.

Pete and Emily married in 2015 and welcomed their second tot Theo in November last year.

The photo shows Emily’s feet alongside Amelia and Theo’s tiny toes.

The Mysterious Girl singer captioned the post: “Emily, Amelia and Theo #familysundays.”

His 685K followers couldn’t get over the adorable picture with one commenting: “What a gorgeous photo!”

Another agreed: “This is beautiful, what a photo to keep!”

“I’m dying to see what Mills and Theo look like! With parents like you two I bet they are stunning,” a third said.

Peter, 44, recently opened up about why he keeps his two little ones out of the spotlight – and it’s wife Emily’s choice.

The star, who is also dad to Junior, 12, and ten-year-old Princess, revealed that junior doctor Emily prefers not to have her children’s faces all over social media.

Speaking previously about the mum-of-two’s decision, Pete told Closer magazine: “I think it’s up to each individual parent. Whatever they decide you’ve got to respect it.

“There are some parents that don’t want to do it and you’ve got to respect that as well. Emily’s one of those parents that doesn’t want it so I’ve got to respect that.”

The singer went on to say that he still tries to sneak a few photos on his social media.

He said: “I still get away with little things… There have been times where I’ve posted stuff and you can’t really see the kids’ faces.

“Milly and Theo, they’re just so cute.

“See, I post photos of them because I’m proud of them and of these beautiful moments.

“I love doing that but I also understand that not everyone wants that so I’ve got to respect that. I get it.”

Meanwhile Pete is always sharing sweet snaps of his two eldest – who he shares with ex-wife Katie Price.

Earlier in the month the presenter shared a picture of his mini-me son Junior and fans couldn’t get over how handsome he is!

Pete wrote: “Junior looking like @cristiano [Ronaldo] with his new hairstyle 😂.”

One fan commented: “Handsome young man!”

Another added: “He is literally a mini you.”

“What a beaut! Like his dad,” a third gushed.

Despite being praised for being a great dad to his brood Pete has found himself at the centre of controversy.

The dad-of-four was forced to defend himself after sharing a clip showing Junior, Princess and little Amelia in a gym.

Infiltrated

The video on Instagram also shows Princess messing around with a skipping rope in her gym gear, as well as Amelia hiding behind a punching bag stand.

Peter is heard saying: “Oh man, my gym has been infiltrated by these two. Oh, and Mills behind there! Haha! I love having you guys at the gym.”

But fans were left concerned after Junior could be seen lifting weights.

One commented: “They should be running around outside not in a gym….”

Another said that Junior was too young: “Don’t really think the gym is the place for an 11-year-old.”

In his column with New! magazine, Pete hit back at all of the negative comments, simply calling it “a bit of fun”.

“First of all, the weights Junior was lifting were featherweight, and I was there with him the whole time,” he explained.

“Of course I wouldn’t let him lift anything heavy! And Bista was just skipping and dancing to music.”

“I was in the gym at 11, 12 years old too. One minute they’re running around in the garden, the next day they’re taking over my gym.

“We like keeping fit together – it’s just a bit of fun. Relax, people!”
