The Little Mix singer says it's a biggest body hang-up

Perrie, 23, had surgery as a child to help widen her esophagus as she couldn’t digest her food properly.

The star, who is currently in a relationship with footballer Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, previously opened up about her scar.

“My (biggest body-hang up) is my scar on my stomach. When I was little, my oesophagus was too small, so I had to get it operated on to help me eat properly. I had to have lots of operations, so that’s why I don’t want to show it,” she told Now magazine.

There were many of her fans that were confused by the line on her midriff.

“What’s that line down her stomach??”, said a confused fan.

One of her 6.3m followers also asked: “Is that a scar going down the middle of her stomach or is it just me xx”

There were a flurry of thankful comments too, as one penned: “Thank you Perrie for helping me and many other people feel more comfortable and confident about showing our scars.

“I had a Pacemaker fitted 18 months ago and don’t show my scar (and the lump that has come with it) often but you know what why should we hid them, they make us who we are❤️💪”.

The grateful fans were proud of her bravery.
