Paddy McGuinness reveals daughter drew on his laptop in new pic

The joys of parenthood!

Paddy McGuinness has revealed his young daughter Felicity used his laptop to practise her drawing skills.

The Take Me Out host took to Instagram to post a snap of his Apple laptop, which had pencil scribbles all over it, alongside an empty yoghurt pot.

Paddy, 44, told his fans he “channelled his inner Sherlock Holmes” and is certain Felicity, one, was the culprit as she had “yoghurt on her face and [a] pencil in her hand”.

He captioned the funny post: “Channeling my inner Sherlock Holmes and examining the clues, yoghurt on her face, pencil in her hand.

“I deduced that this was the work of my youngest daughter. Little Felicity Moriarty!!!”

He added the hashtags “guilty”, “butter wouldn’t melt”, “CSI: Bolton”, “clues” and “forensic science”.

Paddy’s post left his fans in hysterics as they shared their similar experiences.

One person wrote: “Felicity is crafty about her handiwork,” while another said: “Have kids they said it’ll be fun they said! My little girl done the same drew all over the table her dad just built.”

A third added: “Hehe, the joys of parenthood!”

Paddy has Felicity with his wife Christine. The couple are also parents to their five-year-old twins Leo and Penelope.

The couple revealed their twins have autism on their fourth birthday last year.

Christine, 30, recently revealed she could see signs of autism in Felicity too, but a diagnosis could not be explored until she is older.

Last month, dad Paddy opened up about raising autistic children and said he and Christine “can’t do normal things as a couple” because they need to be on hand to care for their twins.

Speaking on John Bishop: In Conversation With…, Paddy became emotional as he admitted “it’s a wonder” he and Christine are still together.

The telly fave said: “It’s very, very, very, very difficult, you know any parent with children with any kind of special needs is very difficult. Some days it’s a wonder how we’re still together, me and Christine.”

Paddy continued: “You can’t just have a babysitter. You can’t just say ‘I’ll drop ’em off at me relatives to look after’ because it’s not like that.”

Praising his wife, Paddy said the Real Housewives of Cheshire star was “better” with the twins.

He said: “I think women with children are better than men. This is only my opinion. Might be ‘cos my Mum brought me up. I think maternally, they just take to being a parent quicker than men. And when the kids were born, I had that strange working-class mentality of these kids are here now, I’ve gotta provide for them.”
