Paddy and Christine McGuinness ‘report theft of thousands of pounds worth of goods’ from home

They were pictured outside their local police station

Paddy McGuinness and his wife Christine have been pictured leaving a police station amid claims they had belongings stolen from their Cheshire home.

The couple were spotted outside Wilmslow Police Station in Cheshire where they are believed to have filed a report after thousands of pounds worth of belongings were taken from their home, according to The Sun.

The publication reports Paddy and Christine were in deep conversation as they walked back to their car.

No further details have been released.

The couple live in a £2.1 million, seven-bedroom mansion in Cheshire and the house is close to footballer Wayne Rooney’s former home.

They share the home with their three children – twins Leo and Penelope, five, and one-year-old Felicity.

Christine and Paddy often spend a lot of time at home looking after their twins, who have autism, and Felicity.

Last month, Paddy opened up about his children’s condition during an appearance on John Bishop: In Conversation With…

He became emotional as he admitted “it’s a wonder” he and Christine are still together.

Paddy said: “It’s very, very, very, very difficult, you know any parent with children with any kind of special needs is very difficult. Some days it’s a wonder how we’re still together, me and Christine, because you can’t sort of do the normal things that you would as a couple.”

He said he “can count on one hand” the amount of times he and Christine have been on a night out together.

Paddy continued: “You can’t just have a babysitter. You can’t just say ‘I’ll drop ’em off at me relatives to look after’ because it’s not like that.”

The couple, who tied the knot last year, revealed their twins’ autism diagnosis on their fourth birthday last year.

Christine recently revealed she could see signs of autism in Felicity too, but a diagnosis could not be explored until she is older.

Earlier this year, the couple organised a ball which raised more than £100k for the National Autistic Society.
