Ooooh! Little Mix’s Leigh-Anne Pinnock storms out of interview

Presenter was probing her about ex-boyfriends

| Updated:

They are normally such laid-back young ladies, always up for a laugh in press interviews. However, it seems the Little Mix girls weren’t having the best of days, when they were grilled on Capital FM.

One of them in particular!

Leigh-Anne Pinnock ended up storming out after taking offence to the line of questioning.

Host Roman Kemp asked them about their new single Shout Out To My Ex, widely reported to be about band mate Perrie Edwards’ ex Zayn Malik.

“If you write a song like this do you have to speak to all exes? Clear that song with them?” he asked.

This was met by radio silence… until Leigh-Anne whispered something in Perrie’s ear. She then told the DJ that his question was inappropriate.

Flustered Roman apologised and tried to move the conversation on, but Leigh-Anne was clearly rattled.

“It just gets on my nerves when people ask things like that. We’re not here to talk about exes,” she said.

“I know the song is called that, but talk about how it’s a positive thing. Do you know what I mean?”

And then, seemingly inexplicably, the pop star stormed out, telling the others to carry on without her.

“I think she’s having a bad day,” Perrie announced.

Poor Roman – who is also a presenter on The Xtra Factor and the son of showbiz legend Martin Kemp – was clearly mortified.

The door then suddenly opened again and in walked a choir, followed by a familiar face.

Roman then twigged that he had been on the receiving end of a prank orchestrated by fellow Capital DJ Marvin Humes.

The wags!
