Miranda Kerr has confessed she hit an all time low after splitting with British actor Orlando Bloom.

The pair broke up in 2013 after six years of blissful marriage.

The Australian supermodel revealed she “fell into a bad depression”.

She said: “I didn’t know what to do. I never knew this [feeling] was possible.

“It all just hit me like a tonne of bricks. Everyone goes through change  – bad days or weeks or whatever. This was my bad time.”

Miranda, who is a very spiritual person, told ELLE Canada that she overcame her low days by positive thinking and mindfulness.

She added: “Inner strength is something you have to cultivate daily.

“We’re only human, so it’s a challenge. There are tools that can help and for me it’s meditation and aromatherapy, yoga, a real ‘change your thoughts, change your reality’ philosophy.”

We can’t help but admire that!

But thinking positively did not come easy to the brunette beauty, as she felt her life come crashing down with the world’s media watching.

“I’m generally a happy person. My whole life I’ve been happy and my mum would call me ‘giggling Gertie’ because I was always such a smiley, happy person,” she said.

Nowadays, Miranda is back to her giggly self and feels lucky in love again thanks to Snapchat co-founder and billionaire Evan Spiegal, while Orlando is dating Katy Perry.

Miranda and Orlando happily co-parent their five-year-old son Flynn.

Shortly after their split, British actor Orlando said there was no animosity between himself and Miranda.
