She’s had a turbulent time since joining the cast of TOWIE, mostly due to her on/off relationship with fellow cast member Pete Wicks.
Now, it seems, it’s all become a bit too much for Megan McKenna.
The reality star has revealed that she is QUITTING the show, due to feeling ‘emotionally drained’.
Megan could also be looking to concentrate more on her budding music career.
Her recent reality show There’s Something About Megan, that saw her attempting to break into the country music scene in Nashville, was a hit.

Her music did well too, beating country icon Taylor Swift in the charts.
In a statement released to The Sun, Megan said: “I’ve absolutely loved my time on TOWIE, although this series has been emotionally draining so I need a break from all the drama and lies.
“My music is really important to me and I just want to focus as much of my time on that as possible but I’d like to think I might return at some point.
“I’d like to thank everyone at Lime Pictures and ITV for their ongoing support.”

The door is reportedly being left open for Megan, so she can choose to return any time she wants.
Her last episodes before her departure are set to be the most explosive yet.
TOWIE co-star Liam Gatsby claims to have ‘proof’ that Megan cheated on ex Pete Wicks with her former boyfriend Harry.
In a preview of Sunday’s episode, Megan is seen saying: “I don’t feel like I’ve done anything wrong.”
