She is reportedly set to divorce her husband of 19 years, Jamie Redknapp, after saying she had ‘lost herself’ in the relationship.
Now, friends of former Eternal singer Louise have claimed the mum of two has revealed to them she turned down the chance to go to Hollywood several years ago.
Louise came back into the public eye when she appeared in Strictly last year, after seemingly lying low and devoting her time to family life, and her two sons, Charley, 13, and Beau, nine.

But it seems that behind the scenes she was still being offered high profile jobs – and turned down some amazingly big and potentially lucrative opportunities.
Pals of Louise have claimed that just after she got engaged to Jamie, she was asked to audition for the hugely successful American TV series Friends.
However, she declined to try out for the programme, choosing to remain in the UK with Jamie, rather than go to Hollywood.

The so-called ‘friend’ of Louise who blabbed to the Daily Mail revealed that at the time, Louise was happy about the decision, but since their split, she has been mulling over it, and feeling less than happy.
The pair are now at the centre of allegations they’re getting a divorce, although neither has addressed the ongoing speculation.
Instead, Louise has been throwing herself into her career.
On Friday, she took to the stage at the Under the Bridge venue in Fulham, London and performed her first solo gig in almost 15 years, debuting her new single, Light of My Life.
Along with supportive friends and family, her former Strictly partner Kevin Clifton was also in the audience, and is said to have choreographed Louise’s routine for the concert.
Kevin, 35, has recently been dogged by rumours about his own marriage to wife and fellow dance pro, Karen Clifton, although neither has spoken out to address the speculation.
Louise, meanwhile, despite her alleged impending divorce, was spotted still wearing her wedding ring when out with her mum last weekend.
