Loose Women viewers moved by tragic story of Undateables hunk

Tom Morgan first melted hearts on Channel 4 dating show

The Undateables is one of our favourite feel-good shows and Tom Morgan is hands down one of our favourite ever stars of the show.

He appeared on the channel 4 series last year and explained that suffering from Tourettes and Asperger’s made meeting women harder for him than your average young lad.

Welsh Tom appeared on Loose Women to discuss his charity which helps families of children with disabilities.

He also opened up about his beloved cousin committing suicide last October

“He was very intelligent, smart, attractive and had a girlfriend.

“You’d never have thought he’d do that, but it shows you’ve got to be open and speak about whatever’s going on in your mind. The truth sets you free.”

and Tom got a tattoo on the back of his neck in memory of his cousin, explaining: “He loved his angels so I got an angel and a cross.”

Tom wants to encourage men to open up about their feelings.

“People think if you have a lot of friends and go to the gym and if you have a macho image but they can’t open up.

“It’s quite a vicious circle.

“You’ve just got to be open, I’ve learned not to bottle anything up.

“It’s a goal of mine to tackle men’s mental health.”

Meanwhile, Tom has given hope to plenty of single ladies out there by admitting that he is still single.

Despite plenty of females “throwing themselves” at him following his appearance on the show he hasn’t found The One.

The rugby player explained that his time on the show really compelled a lot of viewers to get in touch.

“Some people asking how am I single and others asking about my condition, which is interesting,” he told Loose Women.

“I’ve had a couple of dates but I’m just enjoying my life at the moment.”

There are plenty of Loose Women viewers ready to go out with him. Touched by his story, they got busy tweeting their approval.
