Loose Women gets a shake-up after a week off

This jam-packed line-up has a very special theme running throughout it

Mum’s the word for the Loose Women, as they host a special week of shows with their mothers as special guests.

Much to the upset of fans, the ladies have just had the week off as they were replaced in the schedule by the Cheltenham horse racing festival.

But now they’re back – and in the lead-up to Mother’s Day on Sunday March 26th, some of the panellists will be welcoming their mums onto the show.

Starting Monday, the whole week will be dedicated to celebrating special mothers and their stories. And as well as some of the Loose Mums joining their offspring on set, there will also be showbiz mums talking about their experiences and an overall focus on all things motherhood.

It follows on from previous years, when the ladies’ children have appeared on the show to reveal all about what goes on at home.

But this week it’s the yummy mummies who will share the spotlight with their famous kids, and give viewers some embarrassing anecdotes no doubt.

First up on Monday is Stacey Solomon’s mum Diane, followed by honorary Loose Man and Strictly star Judge Robert Rinder’s mother Angela Cohen on Tuesday.

They will also be joined by actress Emilia Fox, who stars in the emotional new movie Mum’s List.

On Wednesday, it is Katie Price’s mum Amy who will be spilling the beans on her little girl – and probably discussing the mum-of-five’s recent revelation that she would like three more kids!

England footballer Jamie Vardy’s wife Becky will also appear – and is bringing their new baby Finley with her! Awww.

Then on Thursday, in what will no doubt be a bit of a tear-jerking episode, inspirational Katie Piper and her mum Diane will be the special guests. Katie’s acid attack story is set to be made into a movie, and she’ll also be talking about her own little girl, Belle.

Then finishing off the week on Friday is X Factor winner Jake Quickenden and his mum Lisa. Plus The Voice host Emma Willis will also be appearing, no doubt discussing life with pop star husband Matt and their three children.

Catch Loose Women every weekday at 12.30pm on ITV.
