Hugh Grant has welcomed another baby with girlfriend Anna Eberstein, according to Liz Hurley.

Neither of the couple’s representatives have confirmed the news but the Austin Powers actress let it slip during recent interviews.

She said on US TV show Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen: “[Hugh] had another one last week. He has five. He was over 50 when he spawned them all.”

She joked: “Having these kids has transformed him from a very miserable person into a fairly miserable person. It’s improved him. He’s gone up the scale.”

In a separate interview with E!’s Daily Pop she repeated. “I see him a lot; I speak to him a lot. You know, he’s now a father of five; he has five kids and he’s a great dad. Yeah, he will remain my best friend for life.”

He also has a son, six, and a daughter, two, with Swedish TV producer Anna, 35.

The couple never announced they were expecting for a third time, but Anna’s excited mum Susanne Eberstein told a Swedish newspaper in January that she couldn’t wait to be a grandmother again.

She said: “I’m very happy to be getting another grandchild. She’s due rather soon.”

Anna then revealed her baby bump when she recently joined Hugh on the red carpet at a number of awards ceremonies.

The Love Actually star has previously spoken about how becoming a father has changed his life.

He told People TV: “It was the nicest thing that’s ever happened to me – he said sounding clichéd – but it happens to be true.”

He added: “It’s just lovely to have all that love around. Suddenly you love someone more than yourself. It’s unheard of in my case. And they love you and it’s all enchanting.”

Now he hasn’t just got one, he’s reportedly got five!
