It probably takes a lot of bravery to admit you have a real problem with your body image.

Lauren Goodger got emotional when discussing her devastating psychiatric disorder in her column for New! magazine.

The TOWIE babe lost an amazing four stone last year and her weight has fluctuated since then.

She has said that her ever-changing shape has distorted her self-image.

Lauren, 30, wrote: “Yeah, I probably do (have body dysmorphia). I never feel happy, no matter what size I am.

“I can look at a picture and everyone tells me I look great, but I think I look revolting.”

Body dysmorphia is an anxiety disorder that causes a person to have a distorted view of how they look and to spend a lot of time worrying about their appearance. 1 in 100 women have it.

Her looks have meant that she gets lots of nasty and negative comments, as she posts a lot of selfies on her social media accounts.

Her constantly changing body, lip fillers and rumoured bum implants have got everybody talking.

She’s stepped out with a noticeably bigger bottom which has led to widespread speculation that she has gone under the knife, yet she insists that it’s all down to the gym.

Mark Wright’s ex wrote: “Like I’ve said before, I don’t read people’s negative comments – I don’t have the time. I love that they think I’ve had surgery though. My bum must look good!”

However, MYA Cosmetic Surgery surgeon Mr Riccardo Frati told Daily Mail: “There is no doubt that Lauren’s buttocks look rounder, higher and firmer than in the previous image of her earlier this year.”

Last month fans also claimed that she had undergone a boob job after she looked very busty.

This girl can’t win!

Do you think she’s had bum implants?
