Kim Kardashian and Kanye West expecting twins via surrogate

US reports of two new babies on the way...

Last week we shared reports that Kim Kardashian and husband Kanye West had hired a surrogate.

According to US mag People, a source close to the superstar couple had revealed they were in the process of making preparations for a third child.

But now we are reading rumours that the couple are already pregnant – and they have twins on the way!

“Kim and Kanye are excited and happy as they are expecting twins with the help of a surrogate,” a so-called longterm friend allegedly HollywoodLife.com.

“Kim has always wanted twins, and due to health issues has needed the help of a surrogate to make her dreams a reality.

“It is very early on in the pregnancy so it will be a while before they make anything public.”

On reality TV show Keeping Up With The Kardashians recently doctors warned Kim that having another baby would seriously put her and the baby at risk.

Kim, 36, suffered from placenta accreta during both pregnancies with daughter North, 4, and 18-month-old son Saint. That means that the placenta grows into the wall of the womb and prevents it from detaching easily during birth.

A source was quoted last week as saying: “Kim and Kanye will use a surrogate to carry their third baby. They are both very excited to give their kids a sibling.”

“Things are great between them. They act very happy together.”

Another loose-lipped connection revealed: “Kim was never going to let herself get pregnant again. It’s just too dangerous for her. Kanye was initially the one pushing for baby No. 3.

“Kim felt two healthy kids were enough.”

They added that “as Saint got bigger though, she talked more and more about a third baby,” and thinks “her kids have grown up too fast”.

“She really misses having a baby in the family,” the insider explained. “They looked for a while before they found the perfect surrogate.”

TMZ reported details on a contract between Kim and the surrogate.

The agency and couple are said to have agreed $45,000 in ten $4,500 monthly installments. If there is more than one baby, the surrogate gets $5000 for each additional child.

If the surrogate loses reproductive organs, she gets $4,000. Kim and Kanye are also required to deposit $68,850 with the agency.

TMZ then said: “The surrogate is required to refrain from smoking, drinking and drugs during the pregnancy. She also agrees to restrict sexual activities in the weeks leading up to the pregnancy, including foregoing sexual intercourse for 3 weeks following embryo implantation.

“The surrogate cannot go in hot tubs or saunas, cannot handle or change cat litter, apply hair dye, drink more than one caffeinated beverage per day or eat raw fish.

“The agreement provides that Kim and Kanye ‘assume the legal and parental responsibilities for any child … that may possess any congenital or other abnormalities or defects.'”

It was documented on KUWTK recently that Kim was interested in surrogacy and that she asked sister Khloe Kardashian, 32, if she would consider being her surrogate.

In another episode, the mum-of-two said: “I think I always knew that surrogacy was an option, but I didn’t think it was that realistic of an option, and I now I feel like that’s my reality.

Kim and Kanye had an incredibly tough year last year, after her Paris robbery in October, and the rapper’s mental breakdown in December.

This meant that that they shelved the idea of expanding their family, but as things have gotten back to normal, it’s now the perfect time for them to have another West baby.

Selfie queen Kim has recently launched her own contour make-up kit yesterday and reportedly made $19m in 20 minutes after selling out.
