Katie Price has been seen hugging her ex Kieran Hayler, after they apparently agreed she will have their children, Jett and Bunny, on Christmas Day.
The former couple’s children, Jett, five, and Bunny, four, have been staying with Kieran following a difficult few months for Katie. She has had a rehab stint in The Priory and is battling financial problems.
Now, according to an insider, they have reached an understanding following their bitter split in May and they were seen embracing after a heart to heart.
A source told The Sun: “Kieran is adamant that he doesn’t want adultery on the divorce papers because of his children and up until now Katie has sworn blind that she will make sure it is on there.
“However he came up with this compromise that they call it a marriage breakdown instead and then she can see more of the kids.
“Originally when she threw him out, she was in a really bad place and had no choice but to agree to the children staying with him. No matter what he’s done in the past, he’s an excellent father and she’s faced a struggle to win back her kids.”

Kieran, 31, has admitted to cheating on Katie, 40, during their five-year marriage. Firstly, with two of her best friends and then with their family nanny.
Katie has been under huge strain lately. She has been trying to get her financial affairs in order to avoid bankruptcy and her mum, Amy, is battling a terminal lung condition.
Kate was facing a lonely Christmas up until recently.
Her children Junior, 13, and 11-year-old Princess are currently living with their dad Peter Andre.
Katie, who also has 16-year-old son Harvey, has now rekindled her romance with personal trainer Kris Boyson, following a brief romance with Essex businessman Alex Adderson in the summer.

They are currently on a trip to Scotland, and were seen arriving at Glasgow airport together.
It seems Kate is now in a happier place.
She recently aired her feelings in a one-hour special of her show, My Crazy Life, where she admitted some of her behaviour was “disgusting” before she went to rehab.
