Katie Price mocks Peter Andre’s WEIGHT in latest talking-tour controversy

But she says she was still sad to lose him...

Katie Price’s one-woman talking tour, An Audience With…, was always going to provide her with an opportunity to settle some scores.

And the former model couldn’t resist having a little dig at her first hubby Peter Andre during last night’s show.

Speaking on stage at Liverpool’s Empire Theatre, The Sun Online reports Katie, 39, as musing: “When I meet men they’re really fit, and then when they’re with me they get fat.”

Considering how much pride Peter clearly takes in his appearance, that’s sure to hurt. But Katie quickly went on to reflect on her relationship with the Aussie singer in much better terms and revealed that she’d wanted to stay with him.

The couple, who met on I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!, were married for four years before getting divorced in 2009.

Katie has claimed that Peter ended the relationship because he became jealous of her spending time with dressage trainer Andrew Gould.

And she told the audience on Wednesday: “I didn’t want to split with him but we did. He thought I was up to no good.

“There was also things to do with my horses.

“At the time, [Peter] had people who wouldn’t let me go near him after we split.

“I 100 per cent think that if I did get to see him, we wouldn’t have split. But we’ve both moved on.”

Nowadays, of course, Katie is on to husband number three – 30-year-old Kieran Hayler.

But all’s not been well in that relationship, either, with the builder and stripper having cheated on Katie with both her then-best friend Jane Pountney and the couple’s nanny, Nikki Brown.

And though the mother-of-five was reported this week to have taken him back, she clearly still feels riled by how she’s been treated.

“The only thing that’s broke me in my life is men,” she confided to the Liverpool crowd.

“People take advantage of my kindness. They see it as a weakness. I can’t help it if I fall in love easily.”

But it wasn’t just past lovers who bore the brunt of Katie’s vitriol while she was on stage in Liverpool.

She told her interviewers they were “[expletive] boring”, and mocked a member of the audience who was heading to the toilet, laughing: “I’m going to time you to see if you did a number one or a two”.

Sounds like she’s giving her fans good value for money…
