Katie Price admits shocking truth about latest surgery

And she's going under the knife again

Katie Price has admitted her latest round of plastic surgery went wrong.

And now the 39-year-old is facing going under the knife again to fix the botched job.

The former glamour model had a face-lift last year before heading to Turkey for dental work in November.

But fans of the mum-of-five were stunned and horrified to see her face all swollen at a red carpet event shortly afterwards as she had an allergic reaction to the penicillin.

She’s now revealed she is having the surgery fixed this week.

According to The Sun, she told the Cambridge Union during a debate this week: “People have surgery to look like me even though my surgery went wrong and I’m getting it sorted on Wednesday.”

Katie had already confessed to the Loose Women panel about her Turkey nightmare when she fell ill after taking antibiotics following the dental procedure.

Explaining what happened, she said: “I was due home so they gave me all the antibiotics and everything, but on the way home I felt really ill.”

Katie added: “I realised I hadn’t read the box and I’m allergic to penicillin.

“I was really ill for days after that.”

Best-selling author Katie has never been shy about her plastic surgery, having reportedly undergone eight boobs jobs, a nose job, veneers, Botox, liposuction and lip fillers.

It’s been a rough time for her after she was left heartbroken last year when she found out husband Kieran Hayler had cheated on her.

It came just three years after she took him back following another betrayal, when he bedded her best friend.

She admitted to the Loose Women last week she was using a dating app, but didn’t reveal whether it was purely for the show’s discussion or whether it was an indication of where her marriage to Kieran currently stands.

Katie was at the Cambridge Union on Thursday to debate whether “celebrity fandom is the new organised religion”.

She appeared alongside Geordie Shore star Chloe Ferry and media academic Dr Jennifer Bickerdike.
