Katie Price admits she uses Ouija boards as she prepares to move into a haunted house!

She ain't afraid of no ghost!

Katie Price has admitted she’s no stranger to the paranormal as she prepares to star in new TV show called Celebrity Haunted Mansion.

On the programme, which starts on W on Wednesday, the Loose Women presenter will be joined by nine other celebs who will have to stay in spooky haunted house for up to five nights.

And Katie has joked the other contestants better watch out as she’s not against pranking them!

Divided into two teams led by paranormal experts, they’ll become ghost-hunters and will have their mettle tested as they explore the dark, Gothic mansion.

Katie will be joined on the show by, from left: Tattoo Fixer Jay Hutton, This Morning’s Alison Hammond, Corrie’s Simon Gregson, actress Jorgie Porter, former Apprentice star Luisa Zissman, MIC’s Mark-Francis Vandelli, TOWIE’s Lydia Bright and boxer Anthony Ogogo (Credit: UKTV/W)

Katie told The Mirror she’s ready for anything, as this won’t be the first time she’s dabbed with the supernatural.

She said: “I like to try Ouija boards, I do things with candles, I chant spirits, I do everything I can! All I wanna do is hear something and be convinced.”

As for how she’ll get on with the other celebrities, the 39-year-old mother-of-five said: “Whether I like or hate anybody, if they’re entering the house with me, put it all aside – we’re in a dark house.

“But who knows, when you’re behind that door, I might just knock you round the head and pretend I’m a spirit!”

The other contestants joining Katie are Blue’s Simon Webbe, Corrie’s Simon Gregson, TOWIE’s Lydia Bright, boxer Anthony Ogogo, actress Jorgie Porter, MIC’s Mark-Francis Vandelli, former Apprentice star Luisa Zissman, Tattoo Fixer Jay Hutton and This Morning’s Alison Hammond.

Two stars will leave each night till the champion celebrity ghost hunter is found.

It’s also not the only reality show she’ll be starring in this year. It was announced earlier this month that her show My Crazy Life has been commissioned for a second series by digital channel Quest Red.

Katie said of the show: “Taking on Parliament, helping my mum, keeping the kids in check, and of course figuring out what is going on with Kieran – nothing is off limits and it will all be in the new show.”

Taking on Parliament refers to her campaign to have tighter laws against online trolling, while her relationship with husband Kieran Hayler also remains uncertain following allegations he cheated on her.

She’s having to deal with all this on top of supporting her mum, Amy, who has a terminal lung condition.
