Their long running feud has really turned toxic.
Reality star Kate Gosselin claims her ex-husband Jon is a “secret drug dealer” who even “kidnapped” one of their eight kids, according to InTouch.
The Kate Plus Eight star filed a police report claiming Jon picked up one of their daughters from school without permission.
The 41-year-old then told cops her ex-husband is a secret drug dealer – who uses his job as a DJ as a front to sell drugs, according to a bombshell report obtained by the magazine.
“Gosselin said that she detects suspicious behavior between Jonathan and their 10-year-old daughter,” the report reads.
“Complainant told PD her ex-husband is a drug dealer, who uses his disc jockey employment as a front to sell narcotics.
“She also stated he frequently drinks alcohol around the children.”
The investigation into the 39-year-old dad of eight was eventually dropped because of a lack of evidence.
Meanwhile a source close to Jon told the magazine he denied all the accusations.
“He believes Kate will stop at nothing to get what she wants— even if it means lying to police,” the source added.
Kate and Jon Gosselin married in 1999. They had twins a year later followed by sextuplets in 2004.
They starred in reality TV show Jon and Kate Plus Eight until their divorce in 2009.
The couple have been at war ever since with allegations of cheating on both sides.
Kate now stars in her own series called Kate Plus Eight.
