Jeremy McConnell deletes all Instagram posts including son’s photos amid negativity

Well, this is very unexpected

| Updated:

Jeremy McConnell has stunned fans after deleting EVERYTHING from his Instagram page – including all trace of his baby son Caben.

The former Celebrity Big Brother star completely wiped his social media account on Tuesday night after telling followers there was “too much negativity” on the page.

That meant deleting every single picture he’d previously uploaded for his 576,000 fans, including heart-warming snaps of him with little Caben, who was born in January.

His Instagram profile now boasts 0 posts – although he is still following 62 people including fellow CBB star Chloe Khan.

Jeremy has kept a relatively low profile since August, when he was found guilty of assaulting his ex-girlfriend, Steph Davis, at her home in Liverpool in March.

She’s the mum of his son, Caben.

The Irish model, 29, was ordered to complete 200 hours of community service after being found guilty of the attack, which he had denied.

They had met in Celebrity Big Brother back in January 2016.

While Jeremy hasn’t been on screens since CBB ended, that may be about to end as a source recently revealed he has “exciting projects” on the cards for next year.

Determined to look his best for the comeback, the star recently jetted to Turkey where he underwent a hair transplant and had new tooth veneers inserted.

An insider has told The Sun: “Jeremy has a lot of exciting projects on the cards in 2018 and wants to look the best he can.

“As well as recently having his teeth done, he’s now had a full hair and beard transplant.”

Meanwhile, Jeremy found himself on the receiving end of a social media rant from Stephanie in October, sparked after she posted a cute photo of baby son Caben.

She tweeted: “Like… How did I create..and make something so beautiful???…. he’s actually unreal. My stunner. Them eyes, what a lad.”

One fan replied that Caben resembles his dad, Jeremy, and, well, Steph had something to say about that.

Stephanie replied: “Yeah, he looks like his daddy. But it’s who brings him up – his momma.”

Then she added: “I enjoy being mummy AND daddy… at least he’s not being let down over & over from a self indulgent womanisier… my SON comes first.”

As fans began to interact, she continued to fire off tweets about her ex-lover.

“Would never EVER stop [Caben] having his father in his life, but he hasn’t bothered, too interested in partying and women,” she alleged, adding the hashtag “deadbeat”.

When someone suggested she should stop slating Jez and keep their beef private as Caben would read it when he’s older, Steph replied: “Think u will find I’ve done that. But there’s a thing called taking the [bleep]. He’s a father! It’s disgusting!!”

She raged: “I get trolled for *not letting his dad see him* I WOULD IF HIS DADDY EVEN ASKED! He doesn’t give a [bleep]!! So stop the hate.”

Stephanie and Jeremy had a VERY rocky relationship that endured multiple splits and reunions until they broke up for good in May 2016.

Shortly afterwards Stephanie announced she was pregnant.

At first, Jeremy questioned the baby’s paternity – but once Caben was born in January 2017, a DNA test done live on This Morning proved that Jeremy was the father.

Stephanie and Jeremy rekindled their romance later that year.

However, once again, their relationship wasn’t to last and another bitter split followed.

Jeremy did not respond to Stephanie’s allegations but speaking to The Sun in June, he said: “All I want to do is be a family man and provide for my family, and leave that party boy behind.

“I want to be a father figure, and be a dad.”
