He could have chosen a close friend or older family member but Jeff Brazier has said his two sons are the perfect choice as his best man (or rather men) despite their young ages.
The former Shipwrecked star said having his two sons, Bobby, 15, and Freddie, 13, take on the big role when he marries Kate Dwyer will make the occasion even more special.
"We've been through a lot together and to hear their speeches will be incredibly powerful for me, very poignant, a moment that will stay with me for the rest of my life," he told MailOnline.
He let the boys off organising the stag do though, which he had earlier this year skiing with friends in France.
I'm marrying the right person.
It certainly wasn't a child-friendly event as Jeff was made to dress up in a gimp costume!
Jeff will marry PR executive Kate this summer and he said he can't wait for her to officially become his sons' step-mum.
He said raising the boys has been challenging following the death of their mum, Jade Goody, from cancer in 2009. But having Kate in their lives for the past five years has made such a difference.
The couple met when Kate was doing PR for a hotel where Jeff was staying to film an ITV show in The Maldives back in 2013.
Jeff popped the question in Ibiza last year and told the MailOnline he has no doubt she's The One.
"When she does take the kids with her, everybody always has a good time," he said. "That for me makes me feel like I'm marrying the right person because without that it would be difficult for me to dedicate to the rest of my life to them if they weren’t willing to make those sacrifices for my children."
The grief counsellor revealed the close bond between Kate and his two sons in recent Instagam posts.
The 38-year-old shared pictures of the family enjoying the sunny weather on the seafront in Brighton.
In one shot, Kate and Bobby walk along the promenade arm-in-arm and in another, a tired Freddie gives her a cuddle when they are back home.
Jeff captioned the snaps: "To unlock my heart you have to capture all three. This is essentially why I'll be walking up the aisle with @katedwyerpr."
He also shared images of himself with the boys, commenting on how they are "growing up fast."
Bobby is already looking to the future, as Jeff said the teen has ambitions to be a model.

The show will explore the impact she had on popular culture, and how she influenced attitudes to cancer screening following her death at 27.
