James ‘Arg’ Argent has unveiled the results of his recent nose surgery on his Instagram account, in a before and after shot which shows his brand new shape.
In the image caption, Arg thanks his surgeon for helping to improve his confidence.
He wrote: “This is something that I’ve considered for a long time, especially after losing a lot of weight where my features stood out more. @drfrati made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole process.

“His knowledge, experience & professionalism has enabled me to have the nose I wanted. Its subtle, hasn’t changed my face & very natural.
“It’s definitely another step in improving my overall confidence, self-esteem & I couldn’t be happier,” he continued.
The TOWIE star has lost over four stone since completing 10 weeks in a Thai rehab clinic and felt that, since his dramatic weight loss, his large nose stood out even more, affecting his confidence.
Speaking to The Sun Online, he said: “At school my nickname was always ‘Nostrils’ because my nostrils are huge – I’ve literally never seen anyone with bigger nostrils than me!
“I’ve always known I’ve had a big nose, but where I’ve been so up and down with my weight for so many years, my nose didn’t stand out as much, but now I’ve lost four stone my features show a lot more and I’ve got this large bump and nostrils that are even more prominent.”
Arg has recently starred on E4’s Celebs Go Dating and has made no secret that he’s looking for love.
Hoping that his new look will help him in his quest, he told the website: “I want to feel better when I take selfies as there are some I don’t upload because I’m unhappy with my nose,
“And yeah of course it would be great if it helped meet more women too,” he continued.

Arg added: “I spent three months doing Celebs Go Dating and my confidence with women is really improving, so if I can change this part of me that I don’t feel confident about I think that will make dating a lot easier.”
At least he’s been honest about his journey.
