But her co-star Phillip Schofield warned her!

Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield visited Queen Charlotte’s and Chelsea Hospital on Thursday’s This Morning to celebrate the NHS’s 70th birthday.

The show aired a special broadcast live from the hospital which saw the hosts speak to variety of patients, new parents, doctors and nurses.

And as they visited the maternity unit, mum-of-three Holly was left besotted as they met new mothers and their newborn babies.

She and Phil met Sasha Grant and her newborn son Kamari, who was crying in his hospital cot.

Holly couldn’t help but gush over the tiny tot as she said: “It’s very calm in here. He is absolutely gorgeous.”

Reminiscing about when she gave birth, Holly gushed: “Those first moments of giving birth. I just want to do it all again.”

Phil replied: “Don’t think about it!” as he jokingly rolled his eyes.

Holly said: “I know, I know. I can’t help it!”

The presenter, 37, already has three children – son Harry, nine, daughter Belle, seven and three-year-old son Chester – with husband Dan Baldwin.

Holly has previously admitted in interviews that she’s torn on whether or not to expand her family.

In an interview with ITV’s Lorraine last year, she said: “I love being pregnant. I loved giving birth, weirdly, I loved all of that. So the thought of it being over – it’s like not being able to wear a wedding dress again.

“Maybe one day, I don’t know, but we’re very happy as we are. We feel complete. Three feels good for us.”

In a seperate interview with The Sun’s Fabulous magazine in September last year, she said: “When you look around the table and you’ve got these little people you’ve made together who are just so funny, that’s when you think, ‘Maybe we should have more’.

“But that’s not a reason to have more! That’s what I keep telling myself. No, no, no! I think I’m really, definitely done. I think.

“Well, I’m as certain as I can be.”

But if she does decide to have more kids, it seems Holly will have to convince her TV partner Phil first!

Last year, Phil joked that he’s gone to extreme measures to ensure Holly doesn’t have any more children.

He told Abbey Clancy on This Morning last year: “I won’t let Holly have any more children because she has all that time off. I snuck in one night and gave Dan the snip.”
