Holly Willoughby pretty much always nails it on the fashion front when it comes to This Morning.
The 37-year-old works closely with stylist Angie Smith to create her headline-making outfits on the ITV daytime show – which often sell out moments later.
But apparently not all of Holly and Angie’s ensembles make it on screen…
The pair took to Instagram on Tuesday to show off one such outfit which was vetoed because the skirt was just too short for daytime TV.

Angie shared a photo of Holly on Instagram, showing the mum of three dressed in a simple roll neck jumper and thigh-skimming black and white checked skirt.
She added the caption: “The one that got away #TooShortForTM.”
Clearly sad she couldn’t wear the outfit on TV, Holly re-posted Angie’s photo with a series of crying face emojis.
Fans were also rather sad, with one saying: “‘Too short’ says who? Stunning!”
Another said: “Love it! It’s not too short… she’s young and beautiful!”
Others didn’t see any difference between the length of that skirt and other ones Holly has worn on TV.
One wrote: “Today’s outfit is no longer than this!! They are both gorgeous and I wouldn’t say too short at all.”
Another agreed: “It’s the same length as the one she’s got on.”
Some fans suggested a pair of dark tights may have made the skirt more appropriate.
Meanwhile others felt it was too short for TV.
Maybe best to save it for Celeb Juice, eh Holly?
Holly recently told OK! magazine that she doesn’t worry about labels or sizes when it comes to choosing clothes, instead focusing on things she feels good in.
“There’s no point trying to squeeze into something because you’ve gone, ‘No, I’m a size 10’ or smothering yourself in something that’s a 16 because you think you’re a 16,” she said.
“Learn to put something on and know that it fits right… Sizes change so much anyway!”
Meanwhile, Holly recently told Daily Mail that her daily Instagram fashion pics are as much for her benefit as to show off her outfits to fans.
She explained the pictures actually help HER see what outfits will look like on camera.

Dishing out some style advice, she said: “Take a photo of you in the mirror, or get someone to take a photo of you and look back at it. It’s quite a good way to figure out what suits you and looks good.”
