Frasier star Kelsey Grammer becomes a dad for the SEVENTH time

They have named their baby boy after a famous poet!

Kelsey Grammer is officially a dad of seven!

The Frasier star’s wife Kayte Walsh gave birth to their third child together, a baby boy.

They have chosen the most adorable name too!

A representative for the 61-year-old told People: “Auden James Ellis Grammer was born on Monday, Nov 14, weighing 7lbs and measuring 21 inches long.

“Both mother and son are doing great.”

Auden’s name has quite the story to go along with it too.

“The name was chosen to honour the great poet W.H. Auden, and James is after another great poet and singer James Taylor – two of our favourites.”

“Ellis is all in the family, though: It was Grammer’s maternal great-grandfather’s name.

“He was a colorful character, to say the least, and we wanted to give the name a second chance.”

Kelsey and Kayte also share four-year-old daughter, Faith, and two-year-old son, Kelsey Gabriel.

He also has four other children from previous marriages – Spencer, 33, Greer, 24, Mason, 15, and Jude, 12.

The couple previously suffered the devastation of Kayte having a miscarriage in 2010 and during her pregnancy with Faith, she was carrying twins but lost a son before his birth.

Greer previously spilled the beans about her dad’s exciting news, she told PEOPLE: “He loves having children and he’s always wanted a really big family, so he’s just really excited to have a new little life in the family.

“It gets hard for other people [to keep track of his children].

“People get confused with how the relations work. There’s going to be so many of us, it’s funny.”

We are super duper excited for all of you!
