Frankie Bridge has treated fans to a beautiful photo of her with husband Wayne and their two sons.
The former Strictly Come Dancing contestant, 29, joked it was a “forced family pic” while on holiday to celebrate retired footballer Wayne’s 37th birthday on August 5.
In the snap, Frankie is seen looking tanned and radiant as she holds the couple’s youngest son Carter, two.
His elder brother Parker, four, is seen being held by Wayne, who is beaming for the camera.

Frankie captioned the sweet snap: “Happy Birthday to the best Daddy!! The boys may not look too impressed by you here, but you know how much we all love you really!!!”
She then quipped: “Typical forced family pic… and the dinosaurs of course.”
Frankie concluded her post with a string of hashtags including “when your hair ruins the photo” – as if, Frankie!
Plenty of fans rushed to wish Wayne a happy birthday as well and praise the family for their lovely photograph, as well as assure Frankie her hair did NOT ruin anything!
One said: “Yep! So hard to get a good one of everyone 🙄 @francescabridge gorgeous little family. Happy Birthday.”
Another wrote: “Holiday hair !!! Yours is fab!”
A third joked: “I am glad to see that I am not the only mum in a family picture with her 3 boys and a dinosaur.”
Meanwhile, Frankie also shared photos from the family’s day at the beach while on holiday, joking it all started so well before going downhill!
She told fans: “One minute you’re all impressed at how well the day is going at the beach… the kids are loving life… the next minute. They hate it and suddenly realise they hate sand!”
Frankie and Wayne have been together since 2011 and married in 2014.

In a recent interview with Now magazine, the couple spoke about their secrets to a happy marriage, saying they both enjoy time apart but also make time for each other.
Frankie said: “We let each other do whatever we want. I’d never stop Wayne from going out with his boys and he’s the same with me. It’s healthy to have a life apart, but we also like to do the things we did before we had children, so we tend to go away once a year, just the two of us.”
As for whether they’ll have another child, Frankie told Mail Online this year: “I think it depends on what day you ask us… often I’m like, ‘I hate being pregnant’ but often I’m like, ‘Oh, maybe we’ll have another one’ and Wayne is just like, ‘No!'”
Wayne also has an 11-year-old son from a previous relationship.
