Carrie Underwood has taken to the stage for the first time since an accident outside her Nashville home in November left her with a broken wrist and multiple stitches in her face.
The country singer has spent months out of the spotlight but performed her new single "Cry Pretty" at the 53rd Academy of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas on Sunday night.
Carrie told her fans earlier this year that the accident left her "not quite looking the same," but fans didn't notice a change to her face after watching her performance.
The 35-year-old looked stunning in a glittery dress along with rhinestones under her eyes as the audience watched her belt out the power ballad.
The audience gave her a standing ovation as she closed her performance.
Shortly after, Carrie returned to the stage with Keith Urban to accept the award for the vocal event of the year for their duet "The Fighter."
"You just knocked it out of the park," Keith told Carrie about her performance.
"Thank you for having me,” she replied. “I’m still shaking right now. Thank you."
Carrie hasn't attended an event since the CMA Awards last November, which she co-hosted with Brad Paisley.
But just days later, the singer took a tumble outside her home and broke her wrist. In January, she revealed that she also suffered an injury to her face in the same accident, which resulted in more than 40 stitches.
Underwood said the "freak random accident" left her "not quite looking the same."
But following her performance at the CMAs, fans couldn't see any difference to Carrie's face.

Carrie Underwood’s freak out about her “new face” and “scars” after her injury are like those kids in high school who freak out that they “failed” their test and walk away with a 94%. 😒

Just last week, Carrie gave her fans an update on her wrist and face following her fall.
"My wrist is almost back to normal, about 90 percent there… and the docs say that last 10 percent will come in time. And my face has been healing pretty nicely as well." she wrote on her website.
"I definitely feel more like myself than I have in a while. Thank you all so much for your love and support this year and always. I feel it and I appreciate it. I can’t wait to start this new chapter with you!"
