Gemma Atkinson has revealed her rock hard abs in a very impressive Instagram photo.
The 32-year-old Emmerdale star showed off the results of some intense workouts, pictured alongside her personal trainer.

Gemma has always been a fitness fanatic and has a huge following from people who look to her for advice and healthy living tips.
Her 273,000 followers couldn’t get enough of her washboard abs!

Chatting to Associated Press earlier in the year, Gemma said: “I always try, on Instagram, to let people know they can’t really be anyone else or look like anyone else.
“There are so many things people are doing now. I was contacted by a company – they offered me free liposuction in return for some Instagram posts, and you think, ‘oh my god’, it was ridiculous.”
Adding: “Obviously I didn’t do it, and I wouldn’t want to do that. But I just think: my niece is 13 and I’d hate for her to think she had to be a specific size or have Botox or have a specific lip shape just to please society.”

What’s different about the actress is that she doesn’t want to make money off of her fitness. She said she’d never make a workout DVD and has turned down several offers to do one.

Gemma, who plays Carly Hope in Emmerdale, is currently in the middle of a huge storyline surrounding her Irish ex Matt. He is the father of her baby Billy who died just a few months after he was born, and has turned up leaving Carly stunned.
The brunette beauty, who has been in a relationship with Marlon Dingle, could in fact grow close to Matt again, leaving Marlon out in the cold.
