Emma, 41, captioned the photo: “A year ago today this little angel joined us.

“When we thought our family couldn’t get any better, Little Trix arrived and took it to a whole new level.

“Happy birthday to my little saus.”

Emma and hubby Matt Willis welcomed their third child in 2016 and already have Isabelle, seven, and five-year old Ace.

Fans were quick to gush over the cute photo as one wrote: “How gorgeous is this!!”

“What a cutie happy birthday little miss,” another said.

A third added: “Happy birthday cutie!!! Shes beautiful Emma! [sic]”

The presenter recently opened up about why she won’t be having any more children.

Speaking on Loose Women the mum-of-three revealed: “I was getting to 40 and my mum was 40 when she had my sister and it was her third and I probably thought I’d be the same because I’m obsessed with my mum.”

The star admitted that she almost never had a third child with singer Matt, 33, as Isabelle and Ace were getting on “brilliantly”.

Emma, who presents The Voice, has also talked about the moment she felt she was “going to have a breakdown”.

With her career going from strength to strength and her personal life getting busier, the star admitted she struggled with looking after her children and running the house when her hubby went away on tour.

Speaking to Fabulous magazine she said: “I honestly felt like I was going to have a breakdown. It was hard work.

“Weeks like that make you really appreciate the help you get from people.

“It’s hectic but amazing, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. You take your hat off to any single parent out there doing that.”
