Davina McCall fans send sweet messages as she admits feeling “a bit blue”

She still hauled herself out of bed and did a workout, though!

She’s the sunniest TV presenter of all TV presenters, with a mega-watt smile that could light up Wembley.

Just five minutes glancing through Davina McCall’s social media, and you’ll see the inspirational messages she puts out to fans every day.

And her followers have been sending back the love today, as the mum-of-three admitted she’d been feeling a bit blue.

Unusual for her to be feeling out of sorts…

Davina posted a photo of herself looking radiant (as always) alongside a note that read: “Just finished my blend class… thank you @sarahblendfit .. love you so much❤️ felt a bit blue 💙 this morning… it’s grey and drizzley… and that really sorted out my noggin… being with wonderful women… getting sweaty .. and watching you do sarah so so brilliantly!! 😘👌🏻

It seems she’d woken up to the unimpressive weather – did we dream last week’s heatwave? – feeling as non-plussed as the rest of us.

But she’d exercised as planned, got a bit sweaty and shaken off her negative vibes.

It’s these kind of positive posts that inspire her followers – men as well as women, and of all ages – to get out, get active and make the best of themselves.

And they reminded the former Big Brother host to battle those blues.

Mandy Griffiths wrote: Aw don’t be blue @davinamccall – your my thinspiration!! On that note I need to get my butt to the gym!!! 😁💜” [sic]

Judie Ju said: “You cheer me up.. I never feel like getting activity .. see you feel the same and still get on with it .. gets me up and going 🙂🙋🏻” [sic]

Andy Trent added: “@davinamccall that gorgeous smile, even when your not in your groove! Keep push forward, thanks 😁💪x” [sic]

At the weekend, Davina completed a 105K bike ride for charity Action Events, which raises money for medical research.

Proving she’s no quitter, she admitted to wanting to give up at 50K, but she ploughed on through.

Love this woman!
