David Walliams thinks Katie Price looks like she’s “on the toilet” in her latest Instagram photo

Not that flattering a comment...

David Walliams couldn’t resist making a cheeky joke after he saw Katie Price’s latest picture on Instagram.

The mum of five uploaded a sultry shot on Tuesday night showing her perched on a stool, legs bent so her knees are touching.

Katie’s aim was to show off her cosy pink hoodie… but it was her pose that caught David’s attention!

The naughty Britain’s Got Talent star commented: “It looks like you are on the toilet.”

Oh, David!

David’s comment soon attracted attention, with other Instagram users left chuckling at his rather unfortunate comparison.

Thankfully for Katie, other fans on Instagram were far more complimentary, leaving her a string of comments including “stunning”, “gorgeous” and “those legs!”

Another wrote: “You’re looking amazing and beautiful as always. You’re such a true legend. I hope that you have an amazing day. Keep up the good work.”

Someone else agreed: “Absolutely stunning as always! Your such a huge inspiration to me. Love you & hope your having a great night!!”

Katie’s had a busy time lately.

She’s just back home after a whirlwind trip to Ireland and, prior to that, visited the House of Commons in a bid to push through her goal of making online trolling a criminal offence.

The 39-year-old has proposed Harvey’s Law after her eldest son, Harvey, was subjected to vile abuse online.

She’s also been caring for her mum Amy, who was diagnosed with a terminal lung condition last year.

Katie – whose husband Kieran Hayler cheated on her last summer – gave a candid interview on Ireland’s Ray D’Arcy Show over the weekend, in which she vowed not to cry as she discussed her mum’s battle with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis.

“I’ve had a rubbish year,” she said.

“They say [most people] have between three to five years. I think it’s about 80 per cent that might not make it to five years, 50 per cent might not make a year and a half.

“She’s now on the lung transplant list but even then it’s something like 90 per cent don’t survive the operation. It’s a tough time.”

When asked if she has been making the most of time with her mum now, Katie said: “She’s so stubborn, like me. I keep saying, what’s on your bucket list? I have a few things up my sleeve.

“You have to enjoy every day like it’s your last day as you never know when it’s the end.

“You have to be realistic and I’m very matter of fact with my brother and sister. I say, ‘You know she is going to die’. They’re like, ‘No, no, she’ll be alright’. I’m like, ‘No, she isn’t’.

“No one wants to accept it and I’m very matter of fact.

“I even say to mum, even your funeral, what would you want for it? I’m trying to be light-hearted but of course I love her to bits.”
