Corrie’s Lucy Fallon prepares for Glastonbury with hilarious video

The actress is a teeny, weeny bit excited about seeing her favourite band

Lucy Fallon is joining thousands of people to attend the hottest music festival of the year – Glastonbury.

The Coronation Street star, is taking a break from filming to let her hair down and she’s already started at home by the looks of things.

She shared a video of herself in her garden chucking a bottle of water all over the place.

The 21-year-old sported a pair of denim shorts and pale green cropped t-shirt while moshing out to a song by Mancunian band The Courteeners.

Clearly excited to see her fave band, she wrote: “LET ME HEAR YA GLASTONBURY !!!!!!!! #bigfan#seeyainthefield”.

It looks like her boyfriend Tom leech filmed her, as the clip had the words “God she loves ’em” underneath it.

Lead singer of the indie rock band, Liam Fray, spotted her Instagram video on her Twitter account replied to her.

“yes Lu”, he said.

A cool, calm and collected Lucy responded: “See ya in the field”, alongside a bee and love heart emoji in reference to the Manchester attack at the MEN Arena.

Liam added a few dancing emojis, clearly excited for the band’s performance at the festival.

There’s no doubt she is going to have the time of her life.

Her life on Corrie has been incredibly emotional over the past month, but it’s looking like her character can now see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Finally, she has seen through twisted Nathan Curtis.

In one of the most tense and dramatic episodes this year, she sought help from a stranger at a service station.

It’s been months of abuse and we’ve been left wondering if she’d ever have the wool pulled from her eyes.

Now, thank goodness, she’s admitted she needs help and that evil Nathan was trying to make her leave the country.

Not that it’s all going to be plain sailing from here on in because, even though Nathan’s mask has slipped – Bethany is still with him.

Speaking on Monday’s Loose Women, Chris Harper, who plays Nathan revealed there’s still a way to go with the storyline as he’s still filming. Meaning Bethany isn’t free from his clutches yet.

“It’s a heartbreaking journey,” he explained. “She [Bethany] thinks Nathan loves her, she thinks the way he treats her is right and natural, you have to go through a really heartbreaking process of realising that’s not true, that it’s wrong.”

So will Bethany return to her family now and escape from nasty Nathan? Viewers hope so.

Another added: “Yes well done Bethany! Hopefully the police will find you before it’s too late #Corrie ”

A third said: “FINALLY BETHANY!!!! I really hope the woman helps her #Corrie”.
