There’s nothing worse than being on a TV show and they bring up one of your old promo shots, or even worse a picture of you when you were much younger.
But imagine if you were presenting the actual show and it happened?
This is what Christine Lampard had to deal with not once, but twice this week.
Christine is currently filling in for Lorraine Kelly on her show, and the old school snap was first shown on Monday’s programme.
Unfortunately for Christine, US showbiz correspondent Ross King wasn’t on screens that day, so he asked producers to show the image AGAIN on Wednesday.

When Ross asked to see the snap, it was clear poor Christine was a bit embarrassed, as she laughed awkwardly when the image was flashed up on screen again.
Speaking from LA, Ross joked: “I want to see the pic of you in your blazer. Come on, everyone wants to see it.”
An embarrassed Mrs Lampard said: “Really? Oh my gosh, what are you bringing that up for? Oh my goodness me, all those years ago.”
On a previous show, she said she was about 17 years old in the picture.
She revealed: “Everyone thinks the hair’s permed, it’s not. That’s my hair still, actually. I spend about an hour trying to get rid of that on a daily basis.”

The 39-year-old looked fresh faced as she posed for the school photo with her curly locks on show, as well as her famous smile.
In fact she didn’t look much different to how she does today… except for the curly hair!
