It’s been well rumoured that Cheryl and former Girls Aloud bandmate Nadine Coyle aren’t firm friends.
And the beef will have only been escalated as Cheryl took to Instagram to post a heartfelt tribute to the band – sharing an image that only featured three of the five members!
According to Nadine, she was upset when Girls Aloud first broke up, believing the rest of the group had made the decision without consulting her.
And ever since then, relations have been strained to say the least between her and the rest of the girls.
Whereas Cheryl, Nicola and Kimberley have remained firm friends, it appears Nadine and Sarah have been somewhat frozen out.

Cheryl captioned her image: “15 years ago today some of the best, craziest years of my life were just beginning. I had no idea what a life journey I was starting out on…
“In the end I left with these two amazing, inspiring, gorgeous souls and the best friends anyone could ever ask for.”
However, the names of Nadine and Sarah were conspicuously absent from the post – although Cheryl had tagged them both at the end of the post.
Fans were quick to spot that Nadine and Sarah weren’t fully represented in the image, and took to the comments, with one writing: “Love how nadine is referenced but not present.”
Another wrote: “Good on you for being grown up and tagging the other 2 in this as well, you all started on this journey together, and even though you don’t see Nadine and Sarah they were still a big part of your life.”
For her part, Nadine didn’t comment on the image, but on her own Instagram page, shared a short clip from the video for Love Machine, which came out thirteen years ago.
Girls Aloud were formed on Pop Idol way back in 2002, and went on to dominate the UK pop scene for the best part of a decade, scoring 21 UK top 10 hits and four number 1 singles.

They split for good in 2013, although many fans have been calling for a 15 year reunion.
But judging by the frosty relations between half of the group, we’re not holding our breath for that!
