MTV star Charlotte Crosby has been forced to deny rumours that she’s dating TOWIE hunk, Pete Wicks, after the pair were spotted looking pretty cosy in a photo.

Both reality stars have recently come out of headline-hitting relationships – Charlotte called time on her romance with Stephen Bear last weekend, while Pete has split – again – from co-star Megan McKenna.
Char popped out last night with her former Geordie Shore co-star, Holly Hagan, to take her mind off her bumpy split. While they were out, the girls bumped into some of the TOWIE bunch, including Pete, Amber Turner, Yasmin Oukhellou and James Lock.
The reality gang couldn’t miss a photo op and posed for a pic together, which Charl then added to her Instagram account.
But its didn’t escape her fans’ attention just how close she appeared to be to newly single Pete with one fan writing: “Pete and char would look amazing together, a pirate and a geordie.”
A second added: “[bleep] friendship just go for it LOL thank you guys would make a perfect couple.”
While a third commented: “Pete and char would make a cute couple.”
But Charlotte was very quick to pour water on the rumours – before they turned into anything more.
She wrote: “Come on guys really?! Me and Pete and Megan have all been friends for a long time.
“Why on earth would you all jump to silly conclusions because we are all in a group pic. Friends guys.”
Hmm…didn’t seem to bother her so much when she started dating Bear, who used to go out with her old pal Vicky Pattison. Just saying.
Anyway, Pete also commented on the gossip, adding: “@charlottegshore Ridiculous #Mates” alongside a crying with laughter emoji.
Charlotte and Bear seem to have split for good after Char took to Twitter last weekend claiming her Just Tattoo of Us co-star had cheated on her at Faces nightclub in Essex.
She wrote: “When you try and tell every1 some1 is different and you have there back thru and thru. And they go and prove you wrong.”
A fan wrote: “Yeah cause a guarantee he cheated on you last night at faces” to which Charl replied: “he did”.
Meanwhile Pete and Megan broke up earlier this month after being on and off for most of their relationship.
A source told The Sun: “Megan and Pete have given their relationship everything – but it still hasn’t been enough.

“After an amazing start they have been arguing a lot again and neither of them can handle the stress and pressure of constant rows.
“They are constantly falling out – there’s no guarantee that they won’t rekindle again.”
