Chanelle Hayes has admitted that she’s “dying from the inside” in an anguished post following her split from boyfriend Ryan Oates.
The former Big Brother housemate has accused Ryan of leaving her just weeks after she gave birth to their son Frankie.
And in a devastating post to Instagram on Wednesday night, the reality star revealed the true extent of her heartbreak.

She shared a quote to social media which read: “I’m trying to keep it together with a smile on my face and my head held high.
“But the truth is I am dying from the inside.”
Chanelle uploaded the quote alongside a simple emoji of a broken heart.
Concerned fans were quick to rally around Chanelle, 29, and assure her things will get better, encouraging the star to focus on sons Frankie and Blakely, seven.
One told her: “Head up chick, you got this. Think of your beautiful little boys and draw strength from their love.”
A second agreed: “Keep ur chin up Chanelle as I’m going through a breakup but we have to show the other people we are stronger with out them (sic).”
And a third wrote: “Sending you lots of love. You are a lot stronger than you think. Life can be so cruel but pls try and stay positive my love – hugs and kisses (sic).”
Meanwhile, a fourth wrote: “It gets better but hard at first. You can do it and you have your lovely children to get you through the rough days and make some new memories.”
Chanelle gave birth to son Frankie, her first child with Ryan, in August.
But this week she accused the PE teacher of walking out on her, angrily tweeting: “When Ryan drops your child off and you basically beg him to sort your family out but he tells you his family & friends have told him he should have left me even sooner than he did!
“What a lovely bunch of people.”
Ryan has yet to respond to Chanelle’s allegation.
Chanelle is also mum to son Blakely from her previous romance with footballer Matthew Bates.
It’s not been an easy week for the star, who took to Twitter yesterday to blast nasty comments about recent paparazzi pictures of her grocery shopping.
She ranted: “Not being funny but with little to no sleep, a newly broken relationship, newborn,a 7yr old to get washed dressed&fed then a drive to school, stress acne etc I think most people nipping to shop at 9am would look like [bleep]!
“And to those saying I arranged those shots- I DID NOT!”

Chanelle rose to fame on the eighth series of Big Brother back in 2007, where she famously enjoyed a romance with fellow housemate Ziggy.
She released an autobiography in 2014 and also dabbled with a music career, releasing a song called I Want It in 2008.
