She is almost as well known for her high profile romances as she is for her presenting career, but now even Caroline Flack herself admits “something had to change”.
Speaking to Cosmopolitan, the Love Island presenter confessed she only recently got back out there after a string of failed relationships left her wondering if she would ever find true love.

Caroline told the magazine: “I’ve actually only just started dating again, because I did a year-long relationship detox, which I started at the end of 2015.
“It wasn’t like I planned it or told people, I just woke up one morning and decided to give up for a month so I could focus on other things.
“Since my twenties, I had moved from one relationship to the next. Never had I given myself time to heal. Something had to change.
“Essentially, I put myself into relationship rehab.”
Gracing the cover of July’s issue, her confessions are accompanied by a stunning photoshoot in which the star looks happy and relaxed, as the cover promises that Caroline “puts every single rumour to rest” in the tell-all article.
Looking back over the TV host’s chequered relationship history, it’s no wonder she needed a bit of a break.
She famously received a very public backlash over her romance with former One Direction star Harry Styles when he was just 17, and fuelled fierce media speculation over a relationship with Prince Harry, being dubbed the royal’s ‘bit of rough’.
It seems the self-imposed ban was a great success as Caroline says she is now in a good place, and hints at a new relationship, also telling Cosmopolitan: “I’m dating again now – maybe I’ve already [met someone]… Let’s just say, I’m in a brilliant place.”

The magazine hits shelves today, and Caroline took to her Instagram page to express her pride in featuring on another Cosmo cover. Accompanied by pictures of the magazine, she wrote that she was ‘SUPER proud to be July Cosmo cover girl for the 3rd time’, prompting fans to comment on how great she looks in the pictures.
And it’s not just her love life that’s on the up, her career is back in full swing as she gears up to present Love Island for the third time, which returns to our screens next week.
