Ben Shephard has shared a funny snap as he and his son tried to do the Dele Challenge while eating breakfast on Saturday morning.
The Dele Challenge, which is the latest internet craze, was popularised by Tottenham Hotspur footballer Dele when he made an upside down “OK” gesture with his hand after scoring a goal.
Over the past week or so, celebrities and the general public have been trying to recreate the gesture – but it’s pretty difficult for some of us to master!
Ben, 43, revealed he took on the challenge and “nailed it” after his son taught him to do the “weird finger thing”.

The picture sees the pair at the breakfast table in their pyjamas as they try to do the challenge.
Ben captioned the post: “Nailed it!! Finally something the boy is useful for, teaching me how to do that weird finger thing.”
He then told his Ninja Warrior co-star Rochelle Humes: “See @rochellehumes my hole’s pretty big too.”
Rochelle had posted a snap of herself doing the celebration gesture on her own Instagram account on Friday.
She told her fans: “I’m SO sorry to be another one of these on your feed but, I’m on my way back to London for my radio show and I’ve bloody nailed it.
“I know my hole needs to be bigger but sod it…(and yes that’s the only time I’ll ever mention needing a bigger hole).”
And Ben and Rochelle aren’t the only famous faces trying out the challenge.
Peter Andre, his wife Emily, Olly Murs and tennis legend Andy Murray have all tried the challenge.
Reality TV star Pete took to Instagram to post a pic of himself and Emily doing the challenge.
But while Emily nailed it, poor Pete couldn’t master it.
He told fans: “At least she got it right out of the two of us.”

Meanwhile, singer Olly shared a video to his Instagram showing fans how to do the challenge.
He said: “I can do it? Can you? #heretocreate.”
