Ben Shephard has revealed his amusement over what happened when he asked his son, Sam, to “mop the floor” before a house party.
The Good Morning Britain host shared a photo to Instagram which showed that Sam had drawn an outline of male genitals with the mop and water on the wooden floor.
Ben admitted he was “a little bit proud” of Sam’s antics but his wife, Annie, wasn’t impressed at all.

He captioned the post: “So yesterday we had a lovely party for @pye.h and in preparation I asked my teenager (Sam) to mop the floor – this was what he achieved!
“To be fair (don’t tell him) I was a little bit proud, sadly his mum wasn’t as impressed!!!”
Fans were in hysterics over the snap with one person writing: “That’s the best thing I’ve seen on Instagram today.”
Another said: “Bloody brilliant. Gotta love a teenager!!” while a third commented: “This is brilliant!”
Ben, Annie and their boys, Sam and Jack have recently returned home from their holiday in Florida.
The couple rarely share photos of their sons but Ben treated his fans to a few snaps during their sunny break.
Last month, Ben shared a video of himself running with his sons down a pier and jumping into the water.
He wrote: “This sums up the last few days, running, jumping, bundling and top bombing!!!”
He also posted an adorable black and white shot of himself hugging Sam.
In the caption, he explained: “Literally the only way I get a hug from this one is via a headlock!!
“I am very aware that in no time at all he’ll have me in a headlock I won’t be able to get out of it!!!”

The TV host and his family definitely made the most of their holiday across the pond.
They also visited Soho Beach House in Miami and the Everglades Alligator Farm, where he, Jack and Sam waded into the river to spot some ‘gators.
