EastEnders star Adam Woodyatt left The One Show viewers shocked after showing off his dramatically slimmed down figure.
The actor, who plays Ian Beale, appeared on the chat show with his son Sam, and had a lot of praise from Easties fans saying he looked "amazing".
He admitted that he shed the weight after ditching carbs ahead of running this weekend's London Marathon with Sam.
Adam told hosts Matt Baker and Michelle Ackerley that they are taking on the 26-mile run in aid of the Air Ambulance Service.
Sam, 18, was left fighting for his life after a horrific road traffic accident last year and was flown to hospital by the organisation.
Wow @AdamWoodyatt you look absolutely amazing after your weight loss!
The teen was in an induced coma and underwent lengthy operations "to put him back together". He ended up being in a wheelchair for months, so the marathon will no doubt be a challenge for him.
Sam said that his dad has gone on a no-carb diet to prepare for the race, and viewers noted it had paid off.
One sweet viewer wrote: "Wow @AdamWoodyatt you look absolutely amazing after your weight loss! Good Luck for Sunday #virginlondonmarathon".
Another even said that Adam had "inspired" him to lose weight too.
One fan was really shocked at how he looks when he's not in character.
Adam's character, Ian, is currently having to undergo a health transformation of his own after being told by the doctors he's at high risk of diabetes. So it looks like life is imitating art.
Well done Adam, and good luck to the star and his son for Sunday's marathon!
