Stephanie Davis scraps her outrageous tell-all book

The book was supposed to reveal all - now it's not being published! For now.

For those fans desperate to find out what really went on in the tumultuous relationship between Stephanie Davis and Jeremy McConnell, the idea of her upcoming autobiography Sincere sounded like a dream.

Finally, fans would be able to find out the truth behind the many scandalous headlines from the past 18 months since they met on Celebrity Big Brother.

But it looks like those hooked to the reality pair’s too-ings and fro-ings are in for disappointment – because the book has been scrapped.

According to the Sun, Stephanie has decided to postpone writing her memoirs while her boyfriend Jeremy McConnell
undergoes therapy for addictions in rehab.

It’s believed that because she and Jez have reunited since work on the book started, she feels it’s not the right time to shed light on what actually happened during the dark times of their publicised relationship.

“With just weeks to go before the autobiography is due out, Steph’s life and relationship with Jeremy has dramatically improved,” a source told the paper.

“It was supposed to be an explosive exposé but now Jeremy has entered rehab and is keen to make amends with Steph and be a great father to Caben-Albi, she feels she needs to protect him so has edited out all of the gory details – which are all the best bits.

“With the June deadline looming there was very little juicy detail left and Steph simply doesn’t have the time to rewrite everything, so the publishers decided to scrap it.”

However, a spokesperson for the publisher Ebury has stressed that the actress has postponed the book while she cares for her baby Caben-Albi.

“Stephanie has decided to postpone the writing of her autobiography to concentrate on her son and family. There is no new date for publication at this moment in time.”

However an insider has snitched: “Steph’s a busy working mum and just doesn’t have the time she needs to dedicate attention that the book deserves.

“She is very aware of the size of this project and she is still going through a major part of her own story, so she’d rather let her fans know the outcome once life is slightly more constant.

“Her life is completely different now from when she started writing last year and while she Jez may be reunited the story is still evolving, so she agreed with the publishers to postpone its release.”
