STALKER hell for Corrie’s Peter Barlow

Well this is a bit of a mess, isn't it?

Oh Peter! We knew it wouldn’t be long before another woman got under his skin and it looks like Chloe is set to make his life a whole lot more difficult.

After he rejected her advances in favour of returning home to girlfriend Toyah, Chloe’s behaviour turned very sinister indeed…

It’s been clear Chloe’s had a thing for Peter for a while, and he’s not been the most gentlemanly by taking advantage of her feelings to make some extra cash.

Last night he turned up on her doorstep seeking solace following a clash with Toyah and Ken over his desire to buy the Rovers.

They were dead against the idea and Peter was furious. We can’t blame them – is a pub really the best business venture for a recovering alcoholic?!

Offering Chloe wine and company (although thankfully, he didn’t drink the booze himself), he lamented his family’s reaction.

An eager Chloe was very keen to be his shoulder to cry on, and as she unbuttoned her top just a little bit more, she was convinced her luck was in.

You can’t really blame her, it did, for quite a while, feel like Peter was coming onto her.

Until he took a call from Toyah, that is, who apologised profusely for her reaction and begged him to come home.

He went running, but we know from producer Kate Oates that Peter will end up cheating on her – “infidelity is in his DNA” she recently told Soaplife.

As Peter dashed off, he forgot his phone, which was very convenient for a scorned Chloe, who looked at it with a plan quite obviously forming.

When the Barlow cabbie arrived back to collect it, we saw exactly what she’d been up to – she’d only gone and put a tracker on his phone!

Uh oh, looks like you’ve bagged yourself a right bunny boiler there, Peter!

Next week, Chloe’s set to tell him her ex-boyfriend has been stalking HER, so Peter will ride to her rescue, and (she hopes) realise he loves her.

But as it seems she’s the one who’s the stalker, is Peter in serious danger? And what does this mean for his future with Toyah?

Let’s hope he comes to his senses and chooses the right woman, before it’s too late.
