Piers Morgan’s dumbfounded as Good Morning Britain co-star gets Love Island makeover

He's very vocal about his hatred of the show

That funny, lovable and slightly wacky Richard Arnold gave Good Morning Britain viewers a hell of an eyeful today.

Topless, Richard showed off his Love Island body makeover.

He had had his chest and abdomen area contoured with makeup to resemble a Love Island hunk.

He was presenting a section on how us mere mortals can get the Love Island look.

The 47-year-old no doubt has a good body for his age, but the makeup enhanced it to give him a sort of four pack.

Richard hilariously strolled through the studio showing off his new look which was actually quite convincing (from afar)!

He went to sit with his fellow presenters Piers Morgan, Susanna Reid and Charlotte Hawkins who couldn’t help but giggle.

Piers sarcastically asked: “Are you wearing a body double?”

Richard replied: “No this is me, this is zumba…that and a little bit of contouring.”

Charlotte and Susanna were clearly happy, as they clapped for their fellow presenter and Susanna said: “You’ve been waiting your entire career to find an excuse to come on set in your underpants.”

She also remarked: “It’s the contouring, it’s so effective”.

Even Piers was smiling! He seemed a little flabbergasted when he then said: “I don’t really know where to start with this.”

Richard replied: “Of course you do you’re a grown man!”

They continued to share a bit of banter among themselves for a while, which was pretty entertaining.

Piers jokingly criticised Richard’s look because he is not a fan of Love Island.

He said: “What’s the look you’re trying to achieve here? The dimbo or the dumbo?”

As Richard went to sit down, he said: “Try sitting down and holding that stomach in at the same time.”

Richard laughed and said: “I know the side shot is really awkward isn’t it? Oh you’re terrible Morgan!

“I can only do this standing up.”

Oh Richard, if it’s possible, we actually love you a little bit more now.
