Phillip Schofield wears stockings AND heels for hilarious TV skit

The This Morning presenter had to apologise to his daughter!

Phillip Schofield had viewers in hysterics when he wore black stockings, frilly suspenders, a red tutu and heels during an appearance on Saturday Night Takeaway.

He and his This Morning co-host Holly Willoughby were taking part in the Make ‘Em Laugh segment on the show with Ant and Dec.

Each pair had to try to keep a straight face, no matter what they saw.

But Ant McPartlin dissolved into fits of giggles as soon as Phil placed his leg on the table between them.

Phil’s daughter Molly was watching and seemed pretty mortified having to watch her father wearing that!

“Oh dear God,” she tweeted. Phil later replied: “Sorry Molls… I’ll change before I come home” alongside laughing emojis.

Ant and Dec got their own back on Phil and Holly by dressing up as them. Ant wore a blonde wig and fake boobs to look like Holly, while Dec donned a grey wig to look like Phil.

Their speeches were full of innuendo.

“Coming up on This Morning, Dr Chris finally gets his hands on Phillip’s coccyx,” said Ant.

Dec added: “Gino D’Acampo will show us six ways to enjoy a large sausage in 2017.”

Phil and Holly are known for being unable to contain their giggles on screen, so knew they’d find it tough. Holly had told her co-star to “go to your dark place”.

Holly also dressed up as an artist – complete with beret – and pretended to paint, before turning the easel around to reveal a painting of Phil totally naked except for a strategically placed Saturday Night Takeaway logo. The sight of this made Ant and Dec burst out laughing.

Both teams reached a 3-3 dead heat, so faced one final challenge.

Their friend Stephen Mulhern walked onto the stage dressed as a woman and wearing a fat suit. Stephen whipped off his dress to show him wearing a bikini underneath.

Ant and Dec burst out laughing first, handing victory to Holly and Phil.

“Now that’s a great way to spend a Saturday evening,” wrote Phillip on Twitter afterwards.
