Nadia Sawalha makes admission about “weeing herself” on Loose Women

The loose ladies were talking about post-pregnancy incontinence during today's show

Nadia Sawalha made an admission about “weeing herself” during today’s Loose Women.

The 52-year-old opened up about her experience with post-pregnancy incontinence with her fellow panellists Ruth Langsford, Coleen Nolan and Janet Street Porter.

Nadia admitted she once weed herself live on the show after jumping on a trampoline.

Speaking about her experience with the condition she said: “I remember my antenatal classes and being in this pink cloud of ‘oh I’m pregnant’ and they would say this incontinence word.

“But I had this image that the only people that have incontinence are elderly people shuffling along.”

She continued: “I didn’t do my pelvic floor exercises and I have dealt with incontinence and it’s deeply unsexy lets face it.

“Do you remember when we were doing the trampolining for the exercise thing? Well I wet myself live on air.”

This comes after the star opened up about the possibility of her losing ALL of her teeth.

Nadia revealed grinding her teeth caused some of them to fall out, and she could lose more.

She spoke to panellists Jane Moore, Linda Robson and Martine McCutcheon about losing her teeth from stress during a recent episode of Loose Women.

She said: “I’ve already lost two teeth from grinding and I could potentially lose all my teeth.

“I grind my teeth so badly, front and back and side to side. My jaw is nearly dislocated.”

And this isn’t the only issue Nadia has faced.

Last month she shared an emotional video to Facebook as she spoke about her hair loss.

In the clip Nadia explains to viewers that she has always been praised for having an impressive full head of bouncy curls and it was something she loved about herself.

She said: “Oh this has taken me by surprise. I was supposed to be telling you about a curly hair product. My hair is not like that anymore.

“My hair really started to change after I had my kids. Bloody kids.”

“I lost a lot like a lot of new mums do but it started to change a lot, the texture… having gone from naturally curly hair, it would go frizzy.

“But when I started going through the peri-menopause I think I lost a third of my hair,” she added.

She went on to explain: “People always say my hair is so thick and amazing. This is where it’s balding. I’m losing it all over.

“It sounds awful saying it as people lose all of their hair to alopecia or cancer treatment but it doesn’t make it any easier, the fact that I’m losing my hair.

“Sometimes I think I shouldn’t be ungrateful. On Loose Women the make-up artists do all sorts to my hair. It sounds pathetic saying it…

“It makes me really sad, it just makes me feel old and I know I should feel grateful, I do try to and I do say I’m grateful but it doesn’t mean that I don’t miss my hair.”
