Love Island viewers brand female contestant “bunny boiler” over jealous antics

There's already a love triangle in place

Love Island has only been on air two days and already the scheming and jealousy are at fever pitch.

Last night viewers couldn’t quite believe their eyes as Montana tried to keep Dom from straying, after the gorgeous hunk found himself with two girls after him.

In a shocking twist on Monday, single Jessica came in and chose the 25-year-old to be her partner.

Montana was clearly gutted as she’d already staked her claim, and so she began doing her best to mark her territory.

But that resulted in everybody calling her “possessive”.

Talking in the Beach Hut she said: “Me and Dom are the only couple that actually like each other.

“Come on, if I had to steal someone, I would not go ahead and just do that. Point blank. I think that’s really mean.”

She then said: “They [Dom and Jessica] need to now spend some quality time together. Well, not quality, I’d say five minutes tops.

“And then hopefully Dom will be like: ‘Do you know what, I want to go back to my steak at home.’ And then I’ll be there. On the sofa. On my own.”

Don’t worry though – she got revenge, sort of.

The day’s task was a snogging challenge, and Montana made sure she got a snog with Dom, right in front of Jessica’s face.

Awkward, much?

Viewers branded her “desperate” from the way she was acting.

One hilarious Twitter user wrote: “Montana acting like her and Dom married with 3 kids and a French Bulldog.. babe it’s been a day…”

The 21-year-old from Hertfordshire was also called a “bunny boiler”, with one saying that they prefer Jessica.

On Tuesday, Jessica got a text which said that she and Dom were going on a date.

“I’m buzzing to go on a date with Jessica. Give us a chance to get to know each other”, he said.

“On a level without anyone else around. We’ll see how she really feels, because obviously she’s picked the person she’s most attracted to. At the moment my head and my heart are saying Montana. 24 hours in this place is like a lifetime, so we’ll just see.”

Well, they certainly got on well.

He told buddy Marcel: “That date was a game changer.”
