Love Island couple welcome first child after epic 32-hour labour

The new dad wants a football team of children!

ITV2 dating show LOVE Island has spawned its first baby.

Pretty amazing it’s taken until now, given the show’s contestants appear to be at it like rabbits.

Luis and Cally Jane Beech, who got together on the 2015 series, have welcomed a daughter.

Footballer Luis shared the happy news on social media, writing: “Baby Morrison is here. Mum and baby are fit and well @MissCallyJane.”

The tot’s arrival must have come as sweet relief for her mummy, who endured an epic 32-hour labour.

Yesterday, dad-to-be Luis shared a pic of the couple holding hands, alongside the caption: “On the gas and air. You can do this babe.”

He followed this up later with a post about him now using the pain relief!

News of her pregnancy was massive for Cally-Jane, 25, as she believed she was not able to become a mum.

In an interview with OK! magazine, she explained: “I can’t believe I’m pregnant, I thought I could never conceive.

“We actually came for an early scan at 1o weeks because I was worried after a lot of problems with my womb when I had continuous bleeding for a year.”

Luis has spoken of wanting a “football team” of children. Wow.

While we won’t wish that much childbirth on Cally-Jane, we do hope they have a happy and healthy family life!
