When Kellie Maloney filmed an episode of Celebrity First Dates she was giddy with excitement that she would find Mr Right.
But, sadly, her date never made it to the screen after producers canned her footage.
Why? Because the man she had dinner with refused to let producers screen the date.

Speaking on Lorraine, Kellie opened up about the heartbreaking experience that left her gutted.
“I went out for dinner to the restaurant, it was really nice and everything was going well,” she said.
“And I was surprised to hear that the gentleman was very upset to hear I was a celebrity trans and he didn’t want the footage shown. No one will ever see it.
“And no one ever saw me. I’m the perfect date if you’re looking for someone.”
If that wasn’t enough to pull at viewers’ heartstrings, then what she said next will move you all.
The boxing promoter opened up to stand-in host Christine Bleakley to reveal her struggles with loneliness since transitioning from Frank Maloney into Kellie.
“During [my transition] was the worst period, there were times I never came out the house, it was very frightening,” she recalled.
“I lived my life on the internet, I was scared I’d lose my family, I was isolated from the world.”
Kellie now attends a support group which helps her when she’s feeling low.
However she admitted that she was scared seeing people on a daily basis.
“I was frightened of being discovered, I did in the end unfortunately and that’s helped me out in the end and got me over my loneliness.”
But don’t worry folks – Kellie isn’t all alone. She says her daughter and her ex-partner have been very supportive.

She also admitted that even though she thinks it was to soon for her to do Celebrity Big Brother, she enjoyed her experience because she felt safe.
“I wasn’t really ready for Big Brother, I lived a very sheltered life and closeted life and all of a sudden I was in this bubble, but I felt safe in there because it was just the people in the house.
“I treated it as rehab which is quite strange I suppose.”
